Declare Truth is a grassroots movement of nurses, teachers, doctors, ancillary health care workers, school bus drivers, police officers, airline pilots, city and county workers etc.. in California who have all joined together in this fight for freedom and religious liberty. We started as separate groups:

One group of nurses trying to find safety in numbers as we stood for our freedom and held on dearly to our jobs and livelihoods.

 

One group of educators, a school psychologist and a teacher who teamed up to unite educators across the state as we fought against a powerful teachers union.

A group of police officers in Los Angeles, CA standing for religious liberties and fighting to keep our jobs.

​

As we were busy fighting our separate fights all across California, we stumbled upon each other and an attorney Dan Watkins at Watkins & Letofsky, LLP who was willing to help us.

 

Currently Dan has over 1000 clients, and they are getting ready to go to trial. The entities he and his clients are taking to court are well funded and include:

 

Salinas Valley Health, Kaiser, Rady's Children's Hospital, Burbank USD, LAUSD, Cedars, City of Oakland, Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, HLPUSD, LA City, Natividad Medical Center, County of Monterey, San Diego County, Santa Clara Valley Water, SDRC, Stanford, Scripps, Shriners, Disney, Blue Shield of CA, Dignity, Mountain View USD & Torrance Memorial.

 

There is still much work to be done. We have been working tirelessly for the last 3 plus years, have held hundreds of zoom calls, and saved thousands of jobs.  Declare Truth is working to support attorney Watkins and his clients by raising awareness and raising funds. 100% of the money we raise goes directly to Dan's clients to help them with their court fees and expert witness costs.
